Diets don't work, but food plans do!
Here you will find several food plans from which to choose. Rest assured, that there is one that will fit your personal needs. No one plan works for everyone. First we will work together with your practitioner to find what food plan best fits your needs. I will assist you all along the way so that you will successfully reach your SMART Goals. You can start with the First Step Intervention Plan, and progress one of the many of the other healthy plans that will address your specific needs.
You can choose from the Advanced Therapeutic Interventions, or our one of our Core Food plans. Whatever your needs, I will work with your practitioner to meet those prescribed areas of need.

Core Food Plan
The Core Food Plan is a first step towards healthier eating and is designed to encourage eating in a way that will nourish and energize the body. It is based on current research on what an dhow people should eat in order to live long, healthy lives It takes elements from the Mediterranean diet and the hunter-gatherer approach (sometimes referred to as the Paleo diet), and encourages eating low-glycemic carbohydrates.
This food plan can be easily canned to suit personal preferences and health needs. It is available with vegetarian and vegan modifications, and can accommodate foods from virtually any culture. this Comprehensive Guide provides tools and information that will make it easy to tailor the food plan based on individual needs. In addition to plan details, this guide answers many questions that might arise when beginning a new food plan.
We call this a "core" food plan because it lays the foundations for eating well that will carry an individual throughout life. The CFP uses the basic principles of "food is medicine" to support an individual's health goals and improve his or her relationship with food.
